My name is Eleanor. I am a college student currently pursuing a biomedical engineering degree on a pre-medicine track. I have a particular interest in neurology with a hope to work in brain scans, and I am always available to nerd out. I find that engaging in art as a hobby provides a vital balance to my rigorous STEM-based studies.
Creative Journey and Style
I am primarily a self-taught artist, as I did not enroll in a formal art course until I reached high school. Having ADHD fuels my passion for exploring diverse techniques and media; this curiosity is why my portfolio showcases a wide array of artistic styles and forms.
Sewing, a skill I developed while growing up with my grandmother, serves as the foundation for much of my creative output. It remains one of my most cherished art forms, and I frequently integrate sewing elements into other practices such as crocheting, weaving, and junk journaling.

I have always had a keen interest in medicine and science, so when it came to picking an artist name, I wanted to incorporate this interest. The name Elclepius is a mash-up of my name, Eleanor, and the Greek God of medicine, Asclepius.
